Use of our website and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. For the purposes of this information "We" or "Our" means March Laboratories Ltd. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All goods are sold subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure online offers are available, however, if an order is placed for goods that are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
2. Sales tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) where appropriate is included in the price quoted as applies for the UK.
3. Shipping
All orders placed on our website will be shipped to the address you provide when filling out the online order form. Orders will be sent by mail and we reserve the right to despatch more than one item separately if necessary due to stock arrangements. Any postage charges are shown as a separate item on your order.
4. Cancellation/Refunds/Exchange Policies
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us. The main reasons for returns are below, however we understand there may be reasons outside of these where you may need to return goods to us. Nothing in the Returns Policy affects your statutory rights, in general this means that you will retain the right to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act (as amended) if the goods do not conform to the contract established between us when you purchase goods from us
Please examine your order immediately on arrival. Any problems or dissatisfaction with your order must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving or when you should have received your order. If we have made a mistake in shipping your order this will be rectified as soon as possible and any return carriage charges incurred by you, the customer, will be refunded.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If you are reporting faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, and when the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Faulty Products
If you are reporting faulty product after 7 days of receipt, then there will be only very limited circumstances in which we will accept their return. Please contact us to discuss your particular situation before returning any product to us. This does not affect your rights to claim against us under the Sales of Goods Act (as amended) if the goods do not conform to the contract between us.
If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any seals.
return in good condition all product in its original and undamaged packaging
return the goods in a condition that would enable us to resell them as new
Please note that, with the exception of mistakes made by us, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer which means that return carriage costs are paid by you the customer.

5. Payment methods
You may order online by paying by Paypal© our designated payment service, or by using a credit or debit card via our designated web payment service provided with Paypal (accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch and Delta). We advise not to pay using 'electronic cheque' arranged via Paypal - as the necessary clearance time for this type of payment is lengthy and we cannot allocate or despatch goods until full clearance of payment is determined. We reserve the right to refuse payment and order for this type of payment and for personal cheques due to the reason above. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and we cannot accept foreign currency or payments.
6. Delivery arrangements
Our shopping cart pages show the goods you have purchased. Equine goods will normally be despatched within 2 working days by mail or parcel service to the delivery address which you supply and should arrive within 4 working days of you ordering. Dog Wash Sinks take 4-6 weeks to be made and delivered.
7. Privacy Policy - Information Collection and Use
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to efficiently process orders and to provide a personalised shopping experience. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 under which we are registered.
We do not sell, share, pass on, distribute, issue, or rent this information to others.
During the ordering process we collect:

While we hold and store details of your name, address and telephone number to improve our customer service and your shopping experience with us, we do not retain any financial information obtained from your credit/debit card. Financial information collected electronically by online ordering is processed by PayPal and is never seen by us. If we take telephone orders and obtain your financial information verbally it is immediately destroyed after processing your order.
Processing of credit cards is done under SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, to prevent it from being read as it travels over the Internet. When you place orders or access account information, we automatically send you to our secure server, providing your browser accepts SSL encryption. The most commonly used browsers (versions 3.x or greater) developed by Microsoft and Netscape are able to process SSL encryption.

Registration is not required to use our website or online shop. No requirement exists to register for a purchase made verbally, or by mail order, using a credit or debit card.

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
