I’ve started this during the spring to get it into my horses system. He suffers from severe allergy reactions and today, he went out naked for the first time in 2 years. I expected him to start chucking himself at the walls as usual when he’s been out where there are flies but I was surprised when he came in and just tucked in to his haynet! It is too early in the season to determine if this is making a huge difference but today it seemed to do the trick. Order arrived quickly & efficiently.
Not quite the five stars we hope for but Sarah has since placed more orders, so we hope her horse is still doing well.
I'm giving herdleader summer itch relief to my connemara pony and I've started to see an improvement after 2 weeks of use. I'm still using a fly rug 24/7 but his skin under the mane and top of tail is showing a definite improvement and he isn't as desperate to rub himself. What a relief for both of us! Thank you.
We are delighted that you've seen such good results, especially after only two weeks of use. Thanks for the update.
My donkey is an itchy soul, and had sweet itch, and scratching fairly badly. Put him on the herd leader in food, and topical lotion. Within a few days itching stopped and hair has started regaining very well. Am really impressed as I have tried many remedies in the past and none have worked as well. Thank you Herd Leader from us both!
Glad to hear that your donkey is feeling better, we love to hear these progress reports.
Has alleviated the itching problem for 2 itchy horses. Appears to have cured one and reduced itching on a sweet itch problem horse.
So pleased to receive this news, thanks for the 5 stars! Two more comfortable horses plus one relieved owner no doubt.
Been using this product for a few months now and have definitely seen a difference in my Dartmoor. Previous years he’s been so irritated and when given the chance will scratch on anything, especially when he comes into the stable. He didn’t itch his face at all when stood outside his stable the other day (previously he wouldn’t stop itching). The customer service is also brilliant. I had a faulty bottle arrive and they sent out a brand new one the same day.
Hello & thank you, we appreciate your kind words. Delighted that your Dartmoor is no longer distressed by those pesky critters.
I have been using this for my sweetish pony. It’s working brilliantly with no symptoms this year so far. Also a great price for such a large bottle.
Many thanks for a great review Debbie. Such a good outcome for your pony makes us happy too.

Hi Emma. Your delight is plain to read, thanks for the videos. Brilliant to see the change in your boy.
I bought this product last year to help with a loan horse who suffered with rubbed tail and mane. It made a great difference and as well as using fly sheets we are hoping it will continue into this year. Everyone remarks on how good his summer coat looks as well.
Have recommended to friends so hope they have the same success.
Another 5 star review, thank you Sue. Herdleader continues to attract new customers so the good word is spreading. We thank everyone who recommends us to their friends.
My shetland had been on herdleader since the 1/2/25 and is currently showing no signs of sweet itch and has a lovely shiny coat
My other pony gets hives and has recently started on herdleader and is looking better
Rachel thanks for our five stars. We're so pleased that both ponies are feeling happier & healthier.
Really helps my horse with her itching and it's very easy to use. She's a fussy eater but this has no smell and it's given in such a small amount I have no problem getting it into her, just sprinkle it on to her feed.
Hi Ruth, great to hear from you. My horse is also a picky eater so I know how frutrating the whole thing can be. Like your horse he takes no notice of the Herdleader added to his feeds, simple!
